- Contacted local rugby coaches, parents, players, organizations, team presidents, schedulers and referees to make them aware of the event and ticket options
- Worked with local rugby organizations (NCRFU & Rugby NorCal) to create and distribute an offer code that allowed for discounted tickets for local rugby players and their families
- Sold tickets over the phone and through email
- Created information sheet with match information and ticket options
- Worked with USA Rugby and LIFT Marketing to create and distribute flyers and posters
- Attended the Kick Off Tournament and the Kick Off Festival (the 2 largest Northern California youth rugby tournaments of the year) to promote the event

- Put up event posters at over 50 Sacramento restaurants, bars and athletic stores
